No Returns: Because our gift hampers contain custom items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the hamper is packed and shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Damaged Items: We pack our boxes very safely. But if a mug breaks during shipping, do not worry! You must send us a clear unboxing video showing the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving the box. We will happily send you a free replacement for the broken item.
